Rodenegg castle
Rodenegg/Rodengo Castle is one of the most powerful of its time. It has precious frescoes from the early 13th century.
A short walk to the Lodenwelt museum and tour
A thrilling exhibition in this museum is dedicated to the history of the loden cloth. The visitors follow the wanderings of the sheep and feel and smell the freshly clipped wool - the origin of the loden cloth to witness.
Kronaction Outdoor & Fun Park
The biggest high ropes course in South Tyrol – is situated right next to the beautiful swimming lake Issinger Weiher and has over 70 stations and a total of 6 different show-jumping courses – from easy to challenging.
Archaeological panorama path
The archaeological panorama path starts next to the main road. Information boards point out the archaeological features along the way.
Kronplatz
Kronplatz mountain with its 360 degree panoramic view and “Concordia", the large peace bell, is easily accessible by cable car from the Valley Station in Reischach and is especially good for family excursions.
The South Tyrol Museum of Folk Traditions
The South Tyrol Museum of Folk Traditions is an outdoor museum that, with its two dozen original buildings, aims to provide as colourful as possible an insight into the old ways of life. The museum’s centrepiece is the Mair am Hof residence
Lake Antholz
At the end of the Antholz Valley, in the middle of the Rieserferner Ahrn Nature Park, lies the blue-green, romantic,untamed Lake Antholz. A recently established nature enjoyment path will lead you around the lake.
Grand Hotel culture centre Toblach
The Grand Hotel was built in 1871 and is located directly opposite the train station. This is where European aristocracy and the rich spent their summers. The so-called "Southern Railway Hotel" (Südbahnhotel) provided the basis for the touristic development of the village of Toblach.
Panorama mountain Helm
In summer the mountain offers a number of hikes with a breathtaking view onto the Pustertal / Val Pusteria and the Dolomites, in winter the 21 km of perfectly prepared slopes guarantee utmost fun to all ski fans of every age.
